ABOUT US
We'd like to introduce ourselves. We are the members of New York Blue R.O.S.E. - "Relatives Of the Suicide Experience". Our Board consists of MaryAnn Maginnis, Joly Maginnis, Amanda Mullaney, Maryann Davino, Carol Murphy & Annemarie Rossiter. Each of us has experienced the shocking, devastating loss of a family member or friend to suicide. We live with the deep and everlasting pain that follows such a tragedy. This pain never truly leaves, and it is something we carry with us every day. We come together to offer support and compassion to other NYPD families who have endured this same heartbreaking loss. To those families, please know you are not alone. We are committed to providing suicide support and mental health resources to help you navigate this difficult journey. We will never forget your loved ones. We honor their memory and their service always. The officers we've lost to suicide were HEROES—each and every one of them. They deserve to be recognized, remembered, and celebrated for who they were and what they gave. Please continue to follow us on social media to stay updated on future events and ways to connect.
